WEDDING VENUE ACCOMODATIONS

Bayview Wildwood will take care of all overnight accommodation for you and your guests. The resort offers a variety of well-appointed resort rooms, suites, and cottages. A block of rooms is conveniently arranged for your function, allowing your guests to call the resort directly and book their own accommodations offered at our special wedding rate. Rates include overnight accommodation AND breakfast.

We encourage wedding guests to take full advantage of our resort facilities and book accommodation for the entire weekend, making your wedding celebration even more enjoyable and relaxing. We require minimum room blocks for all wedding bookings as follows:

• Groups of up to 125 guests are required to book 30 units for both Friday and Saturday nights.

• Groups of over 125 guests are required to book a minimum of 60 units for both Friday and Saturday nights.

Starting at $239.00

Rates are per room, per night, based on double occupancy, subject to 13% HST and $34.95 resort fee.

Rates include overnight accommodation and breakfast.

Additional guests in accommodations are:

$45.00 per adult | $25.00 per child (6-12 years)

Should the minimum room bookings not be met by guests, the wedding party would be responsible for paying the discrepancy.

Minimum room requirements are waived for November - April bookings. Please note, there is a surcharge for accommodation rates for July and August bookings.
